Welcome to Profit Partners LLC
Profit Partners LLC is a bookkeeping and fractional CFO firm for real estate investors — rentals, short-term rentals, flips, and multi-entity portfolios — the kind of books where profit per property, per entity, and per deal actually matters. It is run by Chris Savor, who owns ten manufactured housing communities — 543 units — so the reporting is built by someone who also has to make property pay. We work remotely with clients nationwide from our base near Atlanta, Georgia, and we serve owner-managed businesses outside real estate too.
Every month we deliver clean, current, tax-ready financials, so you stop guessing and start deciding. Behind on years of catch-up work? Outgrowing your spreadsheet? We’ll get you current and keep you there.
Flat monthly pricing, no hourly surprises, and a real person who knows your business. Contact us today for a free books review.
What We Do for Real Estate Investors
We keep per-property and per-entity books in QuickBooks Online, reconcile property management platforms such as AppFolio, Buildium and DoorLoop against the bank, and produce financials that hold up at tax time. That covers short-term rental payouts split back into rent, cleaning and platform fees; flips costed so the purchase price, the rehab and the carrying costs stay separate; and trust and owner ledgers reconciled three ways. If you are years behind, catch-up work is a normal way to start rather than an awkward one.
Built by Someone Who Owns Property Too
Profit Partners is run by Chris Savor, who owns ten manufactured housing communities — 543 units. The reporting is built around the questions an owner actually has to answer: which property is genuinely making money, what a deal really cost once carrying costs are counted, and whether an entity can carry the next purchase. That is a different thing from a generic chart of accounts with property names typed into it. Follow the firm on LinkedIn.
How You Know the Numbers Are Right
Every account reconciles to the statement, to the cent. When a reconciliation will not come to zero we stop and find out why — we do not post an adjustment to force it closed, because that hides the very thing you needed to know. Every transaction gets a real payee rather than a vague category, and anything we cannot answer from the records is held and asked about instead of guessed at. It is the difference between books that look finished and books that are finished. If yours are somewhere in between, here is what a cleanup actually involves.
